What are some helpful tips for moving into my unit?
Reserve the right size unit ahead of time, and pick up packing and moving supplies from us before moving day. Wrap furniture and electronics in blankets or protective covers, use wardrobe boxes for clothing, and ask about our truck rentals to make hauling everything easier.
Arrive during access hours, and if it's your first visit our team can show you to your unit and answer any questions.
What is the best way to pack a storage unit?
Use sturdy boxes of similar sizes so they stack evenly, and place heavier items on the bottom with lighter, fragile items on top. Leave a small walkway down the center so you can reach items in the back, and keep the things you'll need most often near the front.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Do you offer climate controlled storage units?
Yes. Both StorBox Storage locations offer a range of unit sizes, including climate controlled units that protect your belongings from Florida's heat and humidity. Climate controlled space is a good choice for furniture, electronics, documents, photographs, musical instruments, and anything else sensitive to temperature swings.

Are there any items I am not able to store?
For everyone's safety, you cannot store anything hazardous, flammable, or explosive (such as gasoline, propane, paint, or chemicals), perishable food, live plants or animals, or anything illegal.

How do I pay my storage bill?
StorBox Storage offers simple online bill pay through your tenant portal. You can log in any time to view your balance, make a payment, update your payment method, and manage your account — no office visit required.
You can also set up automatic monthly payments so your rent is always on time. If you would rather pay with help from our team, call us at (407) 548-6009 during office hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
